I don't see the Japanese Yen currency symbol in the
format cell-currency drop down box. Am I missing
something? 2002 only has the "JPY" text symbol, not
the "Y" sign. Is there some setting I need to change to
get this symbol? Thanks,
Andrew

- I had the same problem. I used custom format and typed
#,##0 Â
into the type: box and it worked fine. Had to use copy paste from the character map to
insert the yen symbol though. (select times new roman for the font and it is character 16
or A5 in hex
good luck.
